Why I Launched Ambitious Kind
Hi, I'm Rachel
I’ve always believed that great businesses are built on great customer experiences. From the start of my retail career to supporting business leaders at every stage, I’ve seen firsthand how the right strategy, and actually implementing it, can turn a struggling business into a thriving one. Along the way, I’ve also seen some of the best leaders in action, and it’s shown me how much confidence and mindset matter, sometimes even more than strategy itself, in getting there.
With over 20 years in retail leadership, I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes, each with its own ambitions, opportunities, and challenges, and alongside some of the best leaders in the industry, supporting them to do their best work. Along the way I’ve navigated plenty of change myself, new roles, new leaders, and new ways of working, which is part of why I understand what it takes to move through it well. No matter where they are in their journey, I bring a fresh perspective and a solutions focused mindset to help them move forward.
My own personal journey hasn’t been a straight line. I was forced to pause, reassess, and redefine what really mattered. Surviving breast cancer twice gave me the clarity to focus on what I love most, helping businesses and people reach their full potential.
That’s why I created Ambitious Kind, offering strategic and mentoring support, business advice, and chief of staff style support, built on the belief that kindness in business, as well as life, is a superpower.
