I’ve worked in retail and customer-facing businesses my whole career – from the shop floor to the boardroom, with global brands and one-person operations. I know what it looks like when a business is working brilliantly for its customers. And I know what it looks like when it isn’t.
I started Ambitious Kind because I wanted to bring proper, experienced, strategic thinking to the businesses that need it most: the founder-led, customer-facing ones that are too often left to figure it out alone.
