Hi, I'm Rachel
I’ve spent my career in retail and customer-facing businesses, from the shop floor to the boardroom, with global brands and one-person operations. Along the way I’ve:
- Led teams and delivered change projects from strategy through to implementation.
- Worked as a trusted, de facto chief of staff to some of retail’s most successful leaders.
- Built a reputation for being commercial, creative, process driven, and a genuine problem solver.
I also bring something you won’t find on a CV: real, lived experience of career change. New roles, new leaders, redundancy, rebuilding how I work, I’ve navigated all of it myself, which is why I understand what it actually takes to move through change with confidence.
I started Ambitious Kind for two kinds of people, those navigating a career change and needing someone who understands it, OR those needing strategy and experience to drive their organisation forward. I’m not here to hand you a plan and walk away. I’m here to help you make it happen.
